Dong Hoi City
Dong Hoi city is located in the center of Quang Binh province, with a natural area of 155.87 km2. The city stretches along the East Sea, with a 12 km long white sand beach. Surrounded by the gentle Nhat Le River flowing through the city, creating a beautiful natural landscape.
Dong Hoi city has a long history of formation and development. In the 17th century, Dong Hoi was a bustling trading port, a place for domestic and foreign merchants to trade. By the 19th century, Dong Hoi became an administrative center of Quang Binh province.
Throughout its history, Dong Hoi has witnessed many important historical events of the country. During the resistance war against the US, Dong Hoi was one of the most fiercely attacked places, but the army and people here fought back steadfastly, contributing to the overall victory of the nation.

The cave possesses a majestic beauty with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years of geological formation. Visitors will visit Phong Nha Cave by boat on the Son River. Phong Nha Cave is open from 7:00 to 17:00 every day of the week. The entrance fee is 150,000 VND/adult and 75,000 VND/child.

Paradise Cave: Paradise Cave is one of the most majestic and magnificent caves in Vietnam. Known as the “underground paradise”, the Cave possesses a mysterious beauty with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years.

To get to Paradise Cave, visitors can travel by car or motorbike from the center of Dong Hoi city. The distance is about 70km. After arriving, visitors can buy tickets and travel by electric car or walk to the cave entrance. Paradise Cave is open from 7:00 to 17:00 every day of the week. The entrance fee is 150,000 VND/adult and 75,000 VND/child.
Son Doong Cave: Son Doong Cave is over 9km long, with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years of geological formation. The cave has many small caves and underground lakes, creating a majestic and magnificent natural landscape.
To get to Son Doong Cave, visitors must join a cave exploration tour organized by Oxalis. This tour lasts 4 days and 3 nights, with a cost of about 70 million VND/person. Son Doong Cave is open to visitors from January to August every year. Each year, only a maximum of 1,000 visitors are allowed to visit this cave.
