Begin your journey at Paradise Cave, often called the “Underground Palace” for its breathtaking limestone formations. Walk along a 1-km wooden boardwalk inside Asia’s longest dry cave and admire magnificent stalactites, stalagmites, and vast chambers that have formed over millions of years.

In the afternoon, switch from sightseeing to adventure at Dark Cave or Hang Toi, one of the most exciting attractions in Phong Nha. Unlike Paradise Cave, Dark Cave offers a hands-on experience where you can zipline across the Chay River, kayak, swim into the cave, explore its dark passages with a headlamp, and enjoy a relaxing natural mud bath deep inside the cave. Finish the adventure by cooling off in the river and trying fun water activities.

Tour Itinerary

07:30 – 08:30 | Hotel Pick-up

Our tour guide and driver will pick up from your hotel in Dong Hoi (7:30) or Phong Nha (8:30). This different pick up time is because the distance to Paradise from Dong Hoi is 70km and from Phong Nha is 20km.

09:00 | Explore Paradise Cave

Your adventure starts with a scenic electric buggy ride through the forest, followed by a pleasant uphill walk to the cave entrance. Beyond its modest opening lies an enormous underground world filled with awe-inspiring natural formations.

Step inside to discover a vast chamber with ceilings reaching up to 60 meters high and widths of over 120 meters. The cool temperature offers a refreshing escape from Quang Binh’s tropical climate.

Wooden boardwalks and soft lighting guide you through the cave, where thousands of impressive stalactites and stalagmites create fascinating shapes resembling flowers, waterfalls, and ancient sculptures. Enjoy around two hours exploring this extraordinary natural wonder before returning to the entrance.

Enjoy a Vietnamese-style lunch at a local restaurant and recharge for the afternoon adventure.

13:30 | Dark Cave Adventure

Continue your journey to Dark Cave for an exciting afternoon packed with outdoor activities.

Highlights include:

• Fly across the Chay River on Southeast Asia’s longest double-wire zipline.
• Venture inside Dark Cave wearing a helmet and headlamp to explore its untouched interior.
• Relax in the cave’s natural mud bath, a unique experience found only in a few places.
• Finish the afternoon with kayaking, swimming, and a fun short zipline over the river.

16:30 – 17:30 | Return

After an unforgettable day, travel back to Dong Hoi with your guide and driver while enjoying the beautiful countryside along the way.
